unless you're racing (and crashing) regularly, shaving just isn't necessary atmo

BEAR LEGS. Also I crash all the time playing polo and almost always have road rash on my knees and elbows and shit. Doesn't mean you'll ever see me shaving my legs.
Bear legs. My hair DOES make my calves an inch bigger.
I'm 125lbs.... if I shave legs, they'll just look girly. No matter how much I ride/train, they just get definition, but not volume.
Yes, I am pretty hairy, but I'll take that over femine. Also, I'm low maintenance.
At the age of fourteen a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum... it's breathtaking- I highly suggest you try it.
Too tall and lazy to shave legs. It would take me too fuckin' long.

Shaved legs coz shiny legs (embro bro)
Sometimes I feel weird doing it when I'm going through a beard period OTOH I don't do it very well even though I've been doing it for quite a while.

i use clippers. it's fast and makes me more comfortable for life in general, not necessarily for riding. My legs are very hairy and trimming the hair is just better. Number 1 as well, zero makes it all prickly by the 2nd day.
bear, i'm a hairy one too.
i keep it trimmed up though, number 2 manscape.
i wear these crocs galoshes at work, usually wear cycling knickers too. the boots rub the hair off about a 1/4 of the way up, so i have these big bald patches. trimming keeps it looking ok and not freakish.

this almost sounds like a username post.
bear legs. i used to shave my legs. actually, that's when i stopped shaving my face. just got fed up with all the shaving.
there's no practical reason for it, though. unless you're racing and crashing a lot, as stated. it does look good, though, you can see all the muscles better.

what do i gotta do
oh yeah, riding every day
*shave legs
shave. always.
it says "hey dude i ride bieks" even when im not riding bieks.
plus feels good, man.
Pretty much this. This past spring semester and most of this summer because I've been flying so much (and not riding grrrrr) I haven't shaved my legs. Like the first time in 10 years.
Another good reason is if you're doing mtb or cross and are getting all muddy. When the dirt clings to the hairs dingleberry style... sometimes you can feel it tug and pull. It's just easier to clean up after a race/ride with shaved legs.

I've never shaved my legs before. Tempted to do it for cross season this year cause I've been riding a lot, legs are looking pretty good, and vain.
i do not shave my legs
i have very little leg hair

body hair is gross, the only reason i ride bikes is for the excuse to shave legs
I have a magnificent mane of hair... all over my legs, arms and chest. Full-on bearmode.
I don't shave my face let alone my legs.

I shave. Feels good, and I'm tired of road rash all in my hairs. Also, sexy legs.

Never shaved before. Got crazy lanky legs . Might in the future? Not sure. Probably not.
bear legs.
bear body.
if you feel the need, trim that shit down a bit with some clippers. i do that sometimes when arm/chest hair gets long...like an inch or so.
don't use a razor. keep your manhood.
or just ride in jeans a lot. that trims my hair for me, like a goat on a nice parcel of land.
i gonna hit you on the face, i'm gonna punch you in your glasses.

Legs shorn of hair would clash with my studiously curated look, about which I am altogether quite serious.

shaved cuz it just looks better with bib shorts. You can't ride a look with hairy legs.
also feels good with tight pants/in sheets/etc.
definitely recommend.
