Tonight I finished lacing some 32h high polish H+Son rims laced to Phil Wood high flange hubs and I wanted to start a review.

Ordering/Packaging:
10/10
I ordered from the H+Son website and found the site to offer good pictures and description for the rims. I would like them to note the ERD on the site, but the information is readily available online. The rims came well protected and arrived at my office very quickly considering they came from China.

Build Quality:
9/10
The wheels built up well with quite even spoke tension and came out very true. I found that I was able to get spoke tension about as even as I could with an Open Pro and better than a Deep V. I found the easiest method, as with every V rim, to lace the rim was to push a loose spoke up through the rim, attach a nipple, pull the nipple back down, unthread the loose spoke then lace it all up

I haven't yet ridden the wheelset but I will continue to update this thread as time goes on...

you know you can thread a spoke through the far/back side of a nipple (in reference to the hub) and stick it through the outside of the rim? i may have misunderstood, but it sounds like what you did takes more time.

The ERD is 557 and I used DT Swiss Competition 14/15 butted spokes
