Finished with something near 650 and I was pretty lazy. Generally do 25-30 in the evenings after work, and I'd like to get 100 miles on the weekends. I think if I'm not lazy and can get out in the mornings, I could come close to 1000.
26/1171 for july 1.
Hope to make the long weekend count and go on an actual climb as the gym is closed anyway.
+35/1860. =61/3031
I planned to go longer, but legs started to say no, then I flipped my bike on a climb as a rock wedged itself between my fork and the front wheel, and proceeded to get off route.
Like Donks, this occurred 8 miles into the ride. Still confuses me.

I didn't believe it and had to double check (garmin connect "custom report). Finally, I did the math myself.

TC: I think living on the South Side may make up a bit for the flatness here. Just rode home to Hyde Park from the White Sox game and it was a great HR workout, toughest 5 miles of my month. Little quite as good for your spin as a couple of dudes with what appear to be machetes idling in a vacant lot and giving you the evil eye.

Whoops, forgot to keep track of my miles, guess I'm out for this month. Haven't been riding much recently anyway, this month has started off full of crazy.
91/3621 + 18/863 + 51/1060=
160/5184 -600 for altitude error= 160/4,584. I say sign me up for the Classics, because I can't handle the mountain stages of a grand tour yet.
Been a total slouch lately. Need to get back on the horse.
54.7/1470
+78/2960

Just the commute today. Also, via the new Garmin w/ elevation correction, my commute turns out considerably more climbing than MMR was giving me, so I've adjusted that figure accordingly.
+13/738
145.7/6410
Also, for whatever reason, Garmin has me burning about 300kcal per mile. Lolz.

Also, Garmin calorie estimation is kinda wild.

40 for July. I hope I can keep better track this month.
82 yesterday (20 morning ride, accidental metric century that night). 122 total.
Only 17 tonite. 134 total. Gonna have to pick up the pace.
Two 20 mile rides recently, so I'm at 174. Doing a century this weekend, so I need to up the miles for the next couple of days to get ready. hopefully I can do 50 tonite, then 50-70 on Thursday. I think my 1000 mile month isn't going to happen until fall. It's just too goddamn hot and I have no motivation.
1,999.57 miles since I started using the Garmin in April. 'bout to flip 2k.

After 5 days off the bike fighting a cold I'm now up to a whopping 35 miles for the month. Ugh.
Did a quick 14 this afternoon for my first day back on the bike. Legs felt fine, but lungs felt like garbage.

It's not terribly accurate on the computer, but the garmin connect thing has a correction feature.
