Thanks. I've heard mixed reviews but I got a ridiculous deal on them.

New project coming along. Probably gonna sell it once I get some tires on it. Just too big for me. Thats a brand new $20 steel wheel on the back that I fucked up royally while attempting to re-dish for the first time. Got it back to where it somewhat resembles a wheel, but not sure if I just want to thread a freewheel on there or suicide it with some jbweld.
heres my new whip. i posted this on vs a week ago or so. this is my first fixed after racing mtb and road for about 8 yrs and i fucking love fixed. for the first time in like a decade i needed to relearn how to ride a bike and i loved every minute of it. i snagged the bike that tony at IRO built his new website off of...they just changed the color and components for each bike but used by bike as the model for it all. i thought it was pretty cool.
i would love suggestions for new stuff for this bike. im not sure if i like the silver components or not. also im thinking of building up a velocity deep v black nm rear with a mavic open pro cd front. let me know what you think of it.
Here's some bad pictures of my new Monocog 29er. Built with surly hubs, salsa delgado cross rims, a tomicog bolt-on cog and various other parts. This bike is like a tank (tarnck?) compared to my road bikes.
Edit: Some crack head already tried to steal it, too! Must be a winner.
Sell me that Zipp and your disc so I can use them to shave seconds off my time and beat the 19 year old wunderkinds I face regularly.

Not my zipp... not his anymore either. it was an ebay flip, just taken for a few spins since it was only threaded for a freewheel and there wasn't enough room for a lockring.
Lockring schmocking. I've never used one on the track.
I understand the flipping, though. I've bought dozens of wheels to flip on eBay.

But you can't do leg over skidz without a lockring. So he sold that shit to buy an arrospok. Sad but true.
And also, not the least but surprising.

My tarckbike. This is on my spare wheelset since I broke a spoke on my aero1/2 set and it is at a shop getting rebuilt/trued.
It is my only bike so it is used for nice weather commuting also.

my bicycle. just registered with the site today, figure i will post something as to not become a lurker.
its amazing how photographs will hide scratches, scuffs, and missing paint. its a surly thats been through a lot of changes in the 5 or so years that i've owned it. riser bars are a new thing for me, and i think i like them.
Love the vanilla color on the Surly. Not the biggest riser fan myself, but it ain't my bike.
i hate the way they look, but they're pretty comfortable and it makes locking the bike up a lot easier. not to mention i never used the drops when i had them... they were more of a fashion accessory anyways...

I don't believe you. The new website shows each different bike as each different bike, not one bike for all. Or maybe I don't know what you're talking about.

After lurking the BFSSFG forum and now here, finally posting my bike for the first time. Sorry for the bad phone photo.
You should trim that brooks down. I think that it would look better with the top tube protector that way.
I've been thinking about it for a while but will probably end up doing it. Just haven't found enough time to commit to it instead of going out and riding. It'll get done this summer though.
Thanks. I've heard mixed reviews but I got a ridiculous deal on them.

If you're thinking of selling it don't jbweld anything on there.

Some crappy pictures I shot/developed myself of my Jamie Roy...It's basically all stock as of now, except for a new stem.

Your bike sucks and we have a team of experts working around the clock to prove it. ~SuperVillain Easy Spoke Length Calc: http://houseof3d.com/pete/applets/wheel/appwheel.html
Just finished building this up the other day. Rode it twice and then got deluged. Seat angle is still a bit janky.
I ride this frame as my every day bike. Mine is beat to all hell though. It's got really strange geo but I like it.
What kind of seat is that? What kind of crank/chainring is that? Your bike is a unique one.
tarck knows your nether regions better than you do. ~Walrus
Some sort of dirt jumping saddle I think. It has a fox face one it, maybe WTP?
The crank is a one piece stamped square tapper 33T type thing. Its got no brand really, its RE branded by Tunturi.
The bike its really fun to cruise around with. 33t up front 16 rear, 26" wheels.
